As you build and organize your content, make sure you're budgeting space for everything that you'll need:
- Portraits (generally 25-30% of your book)
- Student Life (25-30%)
- Academics and Organizations (15-20%)
- Sports (15-20%)
- Clubs (10-15%)
- Ads, index, and staff pages
If you're including sidebars or secondary coverage, factor that into your page ladder. And don’t forget the essentials: title page, opening, dividers, closing, and colophon.
